Our entire school is practicing the “Hallelujah, Praise the Lamb” cantata for our GCS Spring Program to be held Thursday, April 24 at 6:30 PM. This is a required, dress-up activity. GCS March 4, 2014 Dear Parents, We are all welcoming March and the warmer weather that comes with it. We have a busy month ahead so we’re going to do our best to review the dates and events for you so you can double check your calendars. We want to thank EVERYONE for participating in the fundraiser at Pizza Ranch last evening. The proceeds will go toward the 2013-2014 yearbook funds. March is enrollment month. This year the registration fee is just $25. If you wait until April to re-enroll your child/children for next fall the registration will be $50. Friday, March 7 is Kindergarten Round-Up at 1:00 pm in Miss Solt’s classroom. They have been busy getting ready this week. After last year’s fundraiser at Pizza Ranch went so well, we’ll be doing it again this year! We’ll be raising funds for the school yearbooks at the Pizza Ranch, on Monday, March 3rd from 4:30-9:00 pm. It’s really easy to help, whether you’re a student or a parent! You can either volunteer to help by clearing tables and helping to clean out front, or you can stop by and enjoy their buffet, and a portion of the proceeds will go to our school! If you are coming to volunteer remember to wear clean, dark blue jeans without rips and tears and a clean, neat shirt (a GCS shirt would be best!). Any hair that touches the shoulder or longer should be pulled back in a ponytail, and, for safety reasons, please wear only closed-toe shoes only. Hope to see everyone there!
